We are a family owned and operated small business. Woodard Realty is owned and managed by Kathy Woodard. Kathy is a native of Goldsboro and started her company over 40 years ago. Together with her nephew Michael and his wife Mary, Woodard Realty proudly owns and manages 250 properties in the Goldsboro North Carolina area.
Woodard Realty focuses on specializing in quality leased housing. “Promise Only What We Can Deliver and Deliver More Than We Promise” is not only our company motto but the underlying principle that governs our daily activities. Together with our office staff and in-house maintenance team we strive for prompt and often same-day service. This type of prompt service will often not be found at large apartment complexes where the owners of the apartments have little involvement in the day-to-day management. At Woodard Realty we are all hands-on to ensure the complete satisfaction of our tenants.
