Hurricane Preparedness

Attention Residents:

Please read this information thoroughly regarding Hurricane Isaias.

At this time, it is unclear how Hurricane Isaias will affect Wayne County on Monday. This storm has been unpredictable and has already intensified more quickly than anticipated.

At this time, we are REQUIRING all tenants to prepare their homes for the potential of high wind.

If Wayne County is under a Tropical Storm Warning please remove all small, light weight items from around your property.

If Wayne County is under a Hurricane Warning, please remove all outdoor items from the exterior of your property.

If Wayne County is under a Tropical Storm Warning or greater please place your trash cans in the following locations:

-Inside your garage

-Inside your fenced back porch

-Under your deck

-Along an exterior wall

At this time we require that the exterior of your home is prepared by noon Sunday. We will be in your area checking for compliance. Lack of compliance could result in a fine by Woodard Realty. Please communicate with us immediately if you are out of town, need assistance or have questions about these requirements.

Again, the storm will affect Goldsboro Monday and into Tuesday. In an effort to make sure our staff is home during the storm we ask that you make all needed arrangements with your outdoor items by Sunday at noon.

If you are able please offer to help your neighbors prepare their home.

Please refer to www.nhc.noaa.gov for other tips for hurricane preparedness and updates.

We thank each of our residents in advance for your cooperation and diligence in protecting your home and your neighbors.
